“Mommy & Me” is a comprehensive fitness program for mothers and their babies/children by a Certified Fitness Instructor and mother of two boys, Brandy Williams.

Brandy teaches cardio conditioning, physical strengthening, and whole body health and nutrition using innovative mother-and-child specific techniques.

“Mommy & Me” equips mothers for the mental and physical challenges of motherhood and increasing overall health and fitness by renewing the mind and body from the inside out

“Mommy & Me” classes are a positive and supportive environment of like individuals that is beneficial for the mother and child. Mommy and child develop quality friendships and learn invaluable life skills, while having FUN…FUN…FUN!!!
